Tom de Dorlodot, our blogger, renowned sportsman and adventurer, knows the island of Majorca like the back of his hand. We asked him to share his favourite spots, the places and activities that will let you discover the island in an original way while trying something out of the ordinary.

What could be better than combining pleasure with a bit of adventure when travelling? Beyond exploring a city or lounging in the sun on a lovely beach, a trip is also a chance to try great activities that we don't necessarily get to experience back home.
Dreaming of sunshine, of hopping on a plane and discovering new horizons? Of tickling your taste buds with a new cuisine?

Boating in Majorca

Love boat
Do you have the soul of a captain? Want to sail across the water? Off to adventure, heading to Maksyboats.\

And finally, for a 2-hour excursion, a full day, or a tailor-made trip depending on what you fancy, Sollermar takes you to discover paradise, from Majorca's north coast to the Tramontana mountain range (recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Riding the waves

Sea Club de Cap Rocat

An idyllic spot to enjoy the light sea breeze while delighting your taste buds with delicious, beautifully presented dishes. The icing on the cake: the Sea Club is open every day from 1pm to 3:30pm and from 7pm to 10:15pm.

Can Pedro de Génova

If you want to discover Majorcan cuisine and its iconic dishes, this historic restaurant in Génova offers lovely traditional cooking (grilled meats, fresh fish, shellfish...). For enthusiasts, Can Pedro has a lovely list of regional wines.

Nautilus at the Port of Sóller

Perched above a cliff overlooking the port of Sóller, the Nautilus offers delicious Mediterranean cuisine. The stunning view over the Mediterranean lets you enjoy magnificent sunsets in the evening. A lovely spot worth trying.
