Medical teleadvice service. In the event of dependency due to illness or hospitalization, you also benefit from the intervention and follow-up of a Care Manager who will organize indispensable home services for the dependent person and other people living under their roof.

Unlimited access to our Medical Tele-Counselling service. > This service does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions or medical care that would replace a medical consultation.

Medical follow-up by telephone if necessary. > Max 21 days, once a day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Management and follow-up of your case, coordination of necessary services based on your level of dependency, and home visits if required. > The Care Manager's services are limited to a maximum of 18 hours per case.

Medical transport > Up to €50 per transport and max 5 transports per case.

Arranging transport for children or grandchildren in the event of sudden illness or accident. > Max 1 transport per case.

Transport and costs of stay for your dog or cat in a kennel/cattery, or transport of your pet to a person of your choice. > Lump-sum amount depending on the solution chosen.

Household helper > Max 16 hours per case.
