The House Assist home assistance covers your home and its occupants in case of urgent problems (issues with boiler, plumbing, central heating, electricity, pipes, roofing...). It also allows you to call on Redion's extensive professional network. We can be reached 24/7 and act immediately on emergencies, even on weekends and bank holidays.

The benefits in detail

Coverage of temporary repair costs, including travel and labour costs. > Up to €400 per event including max. €50 for spare parts

Intervention within 24 hours in case of failure of heating, water heater, power failure, plumbing issues. > Max 1 intervention per year for your water heater.

Prompt intervention in the event of blocked pipes and gutters, damaged exterior windows and doors, or roof leakage issues. > Pollution caused by leaking pipes is excluded.

Cleaning after the intervention of firefighters. > Up to €400 per event including max. €50 for spare parts.

Sending a specialist to remove a wasp or bee nest. > Only events not known at the time of subscription are covered.

Felling a tree that threatens to fall on your home. > The threatening nature of the damage will be assessed by the service provider we send to you.

Provision of a temporary solution or rehousing of residents if the boiler, water heater or electrical installation cannot be temporarily repaired. > In the event of rehousing, reimbursement of a maximum of 2 nights' hotel accommodation up to €200 per night.

Intervention within 2 hours if you are locked in or out of your home (lost or stolen keys, keys left inside). > Up to €125 for spare parts and €400 in total.

Sending a specialist to rescue your cat or dog in a dangerous situation. > Up to €125 for travel expenses.

Unlocking your gate or your garage door when your car is inside. If it is not possible to release the vehicle, we provide a replacement vehicle. > Up to €400 and 5 days' replacement vehicle cover.

Repatriation and provision of a replacement vehicle if your home is burgled while you are abroad. > Replacement vehicle provided for up to 5 days in Belgium.

Installing a switch, replacing a tap, finding a painter or gardener... For small jobs and services in your home, we provide you with access to our network of tradespeople, certified by Redion. We will find a service provider who is available at a time that suits you. They will then contact you and provide a quote. The cost of the services is paid directly between you and the service provider at the rate you have agreed upon together. > All costs relating to the service provider's intervention are settled directly with the tradesperson and remain at your expense.

Advice on administrative and legal steps related to your home (damages, relocation, purchase...). > Only by telephone call.
