Medical teleadvice service. In the event of dependency due to illness or hospitalization, you also benefit from the intervention and follow-up of a Care Manager who will organize indispensable home services for the dependent person and other people living under their roof.

Do you have an IT problem? Our helpdesk will assist you by phone. > Information in French, Dutch and English only.

If we did not succeed in solving your computer problem over the phone, we send a specialist to your home or we put you in touch with a repair service. > Max 1 hour per intervention by our specialist.

Has your computer crashed or been attacked by a virus? A specialist will come to your home to resolve your problem if it cannot be done remotely. > Max 1 hour per intervention by our specialist.

You work from home and your computer doesn’t work anymore? We provide you with a replacement computer or give you access to a co-working space to enable you to work. > The supply of replacement IT equipment or access to a coworking space is limited to 5 days.

Has your smartphone been stolen? We give you a replacement phone. > Replacement telephone provided for up to 5 days.

You are hospitalised? We will send someone to help you connect with your loved ones. > Max 2 hours per intervention by our specialist.

Are you worried that your computer is not secure? We provide you with licenses for a computer protection system including prevention, monitoring and also an alert system. > Up to 5 cybersecurity protection licenses provided to you.

Are you a victim of identity theft? Have you experienced cyberbullying? We offer you legal assistance. > Max 5 sessions per year.

Psychological assistance following harassment or data theft. > Max 5 sessions per year.
