With our Smart annual travel assistance, you benefit from full year-round protection for all your trips up to 3 consecutive months (holidays, winter sports, city trips...), including complete medical assistance in case of accident or illness, with extended medical coverage.

Repatriation of the injured or sick person with an insured companion of their choice > Intervention may be limited in certain countries.

Reimbursement of medical expenses abroad > Up to €1,250,000 per person per event.

Financial compensation for the unused travel days > Up to €2,500 per insured person per trip and a maximum of €12,500 for all insured persons together.

Search and rescue costs > Up to €5,000.

If necessary, a Redion doctor will be sent to your location. > If our medical team determines that this is necessary based on your health condition.

Coverage of insured persons travelling with you > Only if your repatriation prevents them from continuing their journey by the means originally planned.

Reimbursement of early return travel costs in the event of hospitalization/death of a relative in Belgium > Only if the hospitalisation lasts more than 5 days (or 48 hours in the case of your child) and the seriousness of the patient's condition justifies your presence at their bedside.

Reimbursement of hotel nights in the event of a forced extension of stay for medical reasons > Up to €500 per person and per event.

Assistance in the event of death > Lump-sum amount for coffin expenses (up to €1,500).

Sending glasses, prostheses and medicines directly to your place of stay > Only if the equivalent cannot be found locally, if it is essential and prescribed by a practitioner.

Coverage of luggage and personal effects in case of theft, damage by third parties and/or accident, and loss by a transport company. > Up to €1,250 per insured person per trip and a maximum of €3,750 per trip in total.

In case of delay, we will reimburse the purchase of basic necessities. > Up to €250 per insured person.

Valuable objects such as mobile phones, smartphones, laptops, cameras, and jewellery are guaranteed. > Only in the event of theft.

Coverage of trip cancellation and modification fees > Up to €2,500 per insured person per trip and a maximum of €20,000 per year for all insured persons together.

€75 bonus in case of modification of the dates of stay > Only if you choose to modify your stay rather than cancel it.

Health problem: you or a relative is a victim of illness including pre-existing illness, accident, death, pregnancy complications or emergency organ transplant. > Only trips worth at least €150 and lasting at least 3 nights for stays in Belgium are covered.

Events that disrupt your daily life: redundancy, withdrawal of your holiday by your employer due to the medical incapacity of your replacement, a new employment contract, a second session, homejacking, major damage to your home or vehicle, divorce or de facto separation, delayed boarding due to a breakdown or accident. > Only trips worth at least €150 and lasting at least 3 nights for stays in Belgium are covered.

Other reasons: visa denied, inability to administer a necessary vaccine, appointment as a juror, summons for the adoption of a child (to consult the complete list of cancellation reasons and exclusions, see the terms and conditions). > Only trips worth at least €150 and lasting at least 3 nights for stays in Belgium are covered.

Your private trip or stay from €150, either abroad regardless of the duration or in Belgium from 3 nights. > Coverage only applies to trips beginning not earlier than 30 days after the contract is subscribed.

All booking methods: booking a ticket online, booking accommodation through an agency, booking a car by phone, etc. > Only costs invoiced to the insured prior to departure are taken into account.

All transportation tickets: plane, car, train, boat, ... > Only costs invoiced to the insured prior to departure are taken into account.

Breakdown and towing services for your car in Europe and Belgium > Compensation of up to €250 if you have been assisted without one of our repair technicians being dispatched.

Intervention in case of breakdown, accident, theft, battery failure, fuel error and flat tire > No intervention in the event of repeated breakdowns caused by failure to repair the vehicle.

Cover of accommodation and transportation costs during repairs > Up to €400 for the driver + €100 per passenger.

If your vehicle is immobilised in Belgium, we can provide you with a replacement vehicle. > Replacement vehicle provided for up to 5 days in Belgium.
