roadside assistance starting on your doorstep, even for battery failure, a flat tire, fuel error...
your vehicle is also covered in case of theft, vandalism or accident
if the vehicle abroad cannot be repaired within 5 days, we tow it to a PCA garage of your choice in Belgium or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
we take you back to your home or find another suitable solution together with you

The benefits in detail

Amounts, conditions and franchises, guarantee by guarantee.

Your vehicles registered in Belgium or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with extension to the Netherlands, France or Germany (if the owner's usual residence is less than 20 km from the Belgian or Luxembourg border)
Excluded: vehicles with commercial or test licence plates, for the commercial transport of persons or goods, for participation in competitions, taxis, ambulances, driving schools, hearses, hire cars (leasing and hire)
Medical expenses are not covered by this formula
Repeated breakdowns due to lack of repair of the vehicle are not covered
In the event of theft of the vehicle in Belgium, no replacement vehicle is provided
The delivered parts and the costs of maintenance and repair are at your expense

Breakdown service and towing of your car in Europe from your residence
Intervention in case of breakdown, accident, theft, battery failure, fuel error and flat tire
Transportation of your vehicle to the PCA garage of your choice if your vehicle can not be repaired within two hours

We take care of the return of the occupants of the immobilized vehicle to their home or we find another suitable solution together with you
Transportation of pets and accompanying luggage
