Select Portfolio and Documents. 2. Find the policy using either the policy number or the policyholder's name. 3. Move your mouse over this icon. 4. Click Request a Certificate. 5. Download the certificate. If there are multiple beneficiaries on the policy, the certificate will consist of several pages.
