Redion covers a wide range of maintenance services with Redion's House Assist policy covers a wide range of home services, such as urgent repairs or a replacement solution for certain items in your home that break down. Redion also covers the cost of emergency repairs, such as repairing a burst pipe or a broken boiler. We will also pay for replacement parts and labour costs, up to a maximum amount specified in the contract. In addition, Redion will intervene to find temporary accommodation if your home is uninhabitable due to damage caused by an insured event. Maintenance services not covered by Redion include routine maintenance and repairs, such as painting and decorating. Nor does Redion cover the cost of damage caused by pets, pests, or vermin.
