RAC, VHD and Redion join forces to offer their customers new car assistance solutions

Car assistance specialists RAC, VHD and Redion have joined forces at European level as commercial partners. This new alliance brings together unrivalled levels of technical expertise, experience and market coverage.

The collaboration draws on the strength of the three complementary companies, in order to improve the offering for European manufacturers, leasing companies and fleets.

A pan-European offering in automotive services

This major new agreement allows Redion, RAC and the VHD network to compete for business at European level under the umbrella of an organisation offering centralised management.

The alliance will speed up the development of services by sharing and mutually adopting best practices across the respective organisations. Customers will therefore benefit from an optimised service thanks to ongoing investment in both organisations.

Thanks to this agreement, RAC, VHD and Redion will be better positioned to offer services to businesses operating throughout Europe, in 26 different countries, covering around 94% of all vehicle sales in Europe.

Note: The alliance will directly cover the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Spain, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom, as well as Bulgaria and Slovenia managed by local partners.
